Study Buddy AI collects the information needed to create and manage your account, such as your email address and login details handled by Supabase.

When you use the study tools, we store the text you submit, the tool you choose, the AI response, credit usage, and basic timestamps so your study sessions and credits can work correctly.

If you buy credits, payment details are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Study Buddy AI does not store your full card number.

We use your information to provide the app, protect accounts, count credits, show study history, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the study experience.

Study Buddy AI is built for learning support. It should help users understand, practice, review, and make study plans, not cheat or submit work as their own.

Text you submit may be sent to OpenAI so the app can generate explanations, summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and study plans.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, private school records, passwords, payment information, or anything you do not want processed by an AI service.

We use trusted service providers to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication and database services, OpenAI for AI generation, Vercel for hosting, and Lemon Squeezy for payments.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can choose not to submit notes that include personal or sensitive information.

You can contact support to ask about account data, billing issues, or deleting your account data where legally and technically possible.
