Refund Policy
This refund policy explains how Study Buddy AI handles one-time purchases of digital study credits.
Digital credit purchases
Study Buddy AI sells digital credit packs for AI study tools. Credits are delivered to the user's account after successful payment processing.
Because credits are digital access units, used credits generally cannot be returned after AI generation has started.
Refund eligibility
If you bought credits by mistake and have not used them, contact support within 14 days of purchase. We will review the request and may refund unused credits.
Duplicate charges, failed delivery of paid credits, or clear billing errors will be reviewed and corrected as soon as reasonably possible.
Non-refundable cases
Credits already spent on AI generations are usually not refundable because the service cost has already been incurred.
Refunds may be declined for abuse, repeated refund requests, policy violations, or attempts to use the app for cheating or prohibited behavior.
How refunds affect credits
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the related credits may be removed, frozen, or adjusted in the user's account.
Refund timing depends on Lemon Squeezy, the payment method, banks, and card networks.
